Swedish Massage is a good therapy to relax certain areas of the body, particularly if you are feeling the physical effects of stress in a particular area. This therapy can be done as a full body massage which usually takes around one hour. Alternatively, you may prefer choosing a specific massage, which may include a back and shoulder massage, face massage, leg massage or a foot massage, all very relaxing! These area specific massages usually take around 30 to 40 minutes. These shorter treatments may also be combined with other therapies. All treatments are individually tailored to meet your needs, including treatment time.
